Cookie Policy
1. Who is responsible?
LAB NOMA S.L., trading as The Today Project, is responsible for the use of cookies and similar technologies on https://thetodayproject.net.
NIF: B16696072
Registered office: Av. Via Augusta 15–25, Parc Empresarial @Sant Cugat, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain
Privacy contact: dpd@labnoma.com
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a website is visited. The Website may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies. These technologies can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure use of the Website or, where enabled and consented to, measure or personalise advertising.
Cookies and identifiers may constitute personal data where they identify or single out a device or user. They are therefore handled in accordance with this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. What types of cookies do we use?
Strictly necessary cookies: Required for security, shopping-cart, checkout, account, consent-management and other services expressly requested by the user. They do not require consent where used only for these purposes.
Preference cookies: Remember choices such as language or display preferences. They may be exempt where strictly limited to a preference expressly requested by the user; otherwise, they are used with consent.
Analytics and performance cookies: Help us understand visits, navigation, conversions and Website performance. They are placed only after consent unless a measurement configuration strictly meets all conditions for a consent exemption under applicable law.
Advertising cookies or pixels: Measure campaigns, create audiences or personalise advertising. They are used only after consent.
4. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the Website or a service expressly requested by the user. All other cookies and similar technologies are used on the basis of the user’s consent where required by Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and the GDPR.
On the first visit, the cookie banner must offer Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences with equivalent prominence and ease of use. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent access to the Website’s basic functions or the ability to purchase products.
Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time through the permanent Manage cookies link in the Website footer. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing but prevents future placement or access to non-essential cookies covered by that choice.
5. Cookies and technologies currently identified
The following table is based on the Website’s current Squarespace, commerce, analytics and multilingual functions. Because Squarespace deploys necessary cookies according to the features actually used, the final list must be confirmed with a live cookie scan in a clean browser: first before consent, then after accepting each category.
